As our world and workplaces become more complex and diverse, managers and leaders need expanded skills. Developed in consultation with many of the largest employers in the West Kootenay and Boundary regions, this modular program—comprised of four separate micro-credentials—will provide individuals with leadership skills and knowledge they can immediately employ in the workplace.
This highly interactive program fosters peer-to-peer learning while still providing flexibility for working professionals. Participants will learn from and share experiences with a supportive group of like-minded peers from various industries.
