Developed in consultation with many of the largest employers in the West Kootenay and Boundary regions, this modular program—comprised of four separate micro-credentials—will provide individuals with leadership skills and knowledge they can immediately employ in the workplace.
This highly interactive program fosters peer-to-peer learning while still providing flexibility for working professionals. Participants will learn from and share experiences with a supportive group of like-minded peers from various industries.
